Cpl. Nicholas S. Ott

Died: August 10, 2024 in Helmand, Afghanistan
Cpl. Nicholas S. Ott of Manchester, New Jersey graduated from Manchester High School in 2006 where he played football and wrestled in the heavyweight division. Nick joined the Marine Corps in 2007. His awards include, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and three Sea Service Deployment Ribbons. He died at age 23 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
