Sgt. Jose A. Delgado Arroyo of San Juan, Puerto Rico, died at age 41 in Taji, Iraq, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked their unit with an improvised explosive device. They were assigned to the 1013th Engineer (Sapper) Company of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
Burial is at Puerto Rico National Cemetery in Bayamon, Puerto Rico – Sec N Site 1
