Pfc. Richard L. McNulty III

Pfc. Richard L. McNulty III, 22, Rolla, Mo., died May 13, in Bowri Tana, Afghanistan, when the enemy attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the 425th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Richard is a graduate of Rolla High School where he was a soccer star. In 2010 he was married and he and his wife is due to give birth to their first child in late June.
