Dear Lord Jesus and Mary, Mother of God,
Hold all these brave souls in the palm of your hand,
    comfort them and their families.

Send angels of protection, love, and comfort
to all the service men and women still at war,
bring them home safely and comfort their families.
We ask all our prayers in Jesus’ name.

My heartfelt sympathy being sent to the Pardo family, may God comfort your family during this time. My son Keegan is also deployed with the 978th MP Co and was friends with your son. We are truly sorry for your loss and will remember his sacrifice and heroism.

My husband and I cannnot express our deepest sympathies to the Pardo Family for the loss of your son. There are no words I’m sure that can take this sorrow, sadness and grief and agony away for your loss. And I can only say that there are countless prayers for your family to have God comfort you during this heartwrenching time. It does not seem right to bury our children before us as parents. I ditto the prayers of mtenorio to send angels to comfort you with love and comfort for your family and the 5 other families that are also in loss of their sons during this horrible event, yet made with heroism. She writes beautifully to ask for God to hold these brave souls in the palm of God’s hand, and with that said, they could not have worded that any better. Although these are words being expressed over the internet, please know that our family has your family and your son in our deepest prayers. Loss of a loved one is never easy, and yet as we express them to you from afar, we can only only express our sincere truest sympathies for all of you. Our son keegan was very good friends with AJ, and I’m sure his heart aches truly for this loss and for your family.
